Seller Appeal Pros

Amazon suspended you. Every other appeal service charges you whether they fix it or not. We don't.

You place a refundable deposit. We do the casework. If we win, we keep the deposit. If we don't, you get every cent back. That's the whole pricing model.

How it works

1

Free case review

Send us Amazon's notice through the intake form. An operator reads it — not a bot, not a template engine. Within 1 business day you get an honest answer.

2

We only take cases we believe we can win

If your paper can't support an appeal, we decline and tell you why — free. If your case needs a lawyer, we introduce you to attorney firms that handle those. We never take a deposit on a case we expect to lose; that discipline is exactly what makes the deposit guarantee possible.

3

Deposit, then casework

Your deposit is held against one defined result (below). We build the evidence pack, write the Plan of Action, and work the case through up to 3 submission rounds or 90 days — following up every step, adding evidence whenever Amazon asks.

4

Win or refund

The agreed result happens → the deposit becomes our fee. It doesn't → full refund within 7 business days, no forms, no fights, no "store credit."

The three services

Listing Rescue

$499 deposit

One listing blocked or removed: counterfeit or authenticity complaints ("counterfeit without a test buy" is our specialty), IP complaints on genuine goods, listing-level policy flags.

Win = the listing is reinstated and buyable again.

Account Reinstatement

$999–$1,499 deposit

Whole account suspended or deactivated — performance, policy, or multi-violation. Priced after the free review, by complexity, confirmed in writing before any deposit.

Win = your account is reactivated and selling.

Money Recovery

25% of what's recovered — no deposit

SAFE-T claims and FBA reimbursements Amazon owes you. No win, no fee, nothing to refund — because there's no deposit. We audit what's recoverable first, free.

Win = the money lands in your account.

Cases we take — and cases we don't

We win counterfeit and authenticity cases with real paper: genuine goods, itemized supplier invoices inside Amazon's 12-month window, product you can photograph. That's our home turf — we run these cases on our own selling account too.

We decline

  • Goods with no invoices at all
  • Order confirmations offered as invoices (Amazon rejects them every time)
  • Cases appealed 3+ times with nothing new to add
  • Anything that isn't genuine

Declining costs you nothing and saves you weeks.

We refer to attorneys

  • Frozen-funds fights heading to arbitration
  • IP lawsuits
  • Brands that refuse retraction

You'll get a warm introduction, not a dead end.

Why an operator, not a template mill

This service is run by an active Amazon seller's team. The methods on this page aren't theory: they're the same playbook used on our own account — counterfeit cases built on box labels and distributor invoices, a pricing-suppression case beaten two different ways, SAFE-T claims worked against both of Amazon's clocks (30 days to file, 4 days to grade — miss either and the money's gone). We know where the bodies are buried because we've dug in the same ground.

The rules we never break

FAQ

How long does a case take?

Amazon decides the pace; most listing cases resolve in 1–4 weeks, account cases in 2–8. Your deposit covers up to 3 submission rounds or 90 days.

What if Amazon says no the first time?

Normal. A denial usually tells us the one thing they still want; we add exactly that evidence and resubmit. That's what the rounds are for.

What counts as a "win"?

It's defined in your service agreement before you pay anything — listing buyable again, account reactivated, or money disbursed. No fine-print surprises.

How do I get my refund if we lose?

Automatically, to your original payment method, within 7 business days of the case closing. You don't have to ask twice — or once.

Do you need access to my Seller Central?

No password, ever. Most clients submit the appeal text we write; if a case needs hands-on work, you can add a limited user with only the permissions the case needs.

I already appealed and failed. Can you still help?

Often, yes — if new evidence exists that wasn't in the earlier appeal. The free review will tell you honestly.

Your account is losing money every day it sits

The review is free, the deposit is refundable, and the worst case is an honest "we can't win this" within one business day.
